Welcome to the 2012 Winter Symposium...

A Message from Interim Director of the Center for Student Innovation, Jon Schull

On February 24, 2012  students from all disciplines at RIT will be presenting their work to each other, to their mentors, to a distinguished panel of outside judges, and --we hope--to you. 


For some students, this half day event caps many weeks studying and researching topics at the cutting edge of technology and scholarship. 

For others, it is also a springboard to future research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. 

For still other participants, it is a chance to glimpse the future and learn more about how RIT helps young minds make significant contributions to research and innovation in Rochester and around the world. 

I hope you will join us for this genuinely stimulating and uplifting afternoon event, which will include light hors d'oeuvres, music and demonstration during the judges deliberations and of course, the closing award ceremonies.
